SharpScout AI Terms of Use

Service

SharpScout AI provides sports-market analytics, informational insights, and performance tracking. It does not accept wagers, process deposits, connect users to sportsbooks, or guarantee outcomes. You must be at least 18 years old and comply with the laws that apply where you live.

SharpScout Pro Subscription

SharpScout Pro includes a 7-day free trial and then renews monthly at the price displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play checkout. Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your Apple or Google account at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can restore eligible purchases from the app.

Informational Use and Risk

All analysis is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Sports outcomes and market data can change, and past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape or redistribute protected content at scale, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Accounts and Availability

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or maintain the service. Features and data sources may change as the product evolves.

Intellectual Property

SharpScout AI, its design, software, analysis, branding, and original content are owned by Summitforge Strategies LLC or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Summitforge Strategies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or wagering-related losses arising from use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of SharpScout AI is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
