SharpScout AI Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you create an account, SharpScout AI collects your email address, account identifier, optional profile information you provide such as your name and newsletter preference, app preferences, saved picks, push-notification subscription data, and subscription status or purchase history needed to manage SharpScout Pro access. Authentication credentials are managed by Supabase and are not stored in plaintext by SharpScout AI.

How We Use Information

We use this information to provide and improve the SharpScout AI service, sync preferences across devices, deliver opt-in notifications, support account management, and maintain app reliability. SharpScout AI provides sports analytics and informational insights only. It does not process wagers, accept deposits, connect to sportsbooks, or enable real-money gaming.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Apple and Google OAuth for optional sign-in, Google Gemini for AI-assisted analysis, The Odds API for sports data, RevenueCat plus Apple App Store and Google Play services for subscription status and purchase management, and Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics. We do not sell personal data.

Data Security

We use HTTPS for data transmission and row-level security policies for user-owned data in Supabase. Access to administrative systems is restricted to authorized operators.

Push Notifications

Push notifications are opt-in only. You can enable or disable them in the app settings. We store a push subscription token only to deliver the notifications you request.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account from My Account inside the app. You may also request deletion at hello@summitforgestrategies.com. In-app deletion removes your profile, saved picks, preferences, and push subscription. Store subscription records are managed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat; active subscriptions should be cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Support deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

SharpScout AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
